Agree to actively promote the event to our supporters throughout the community. (Promotional materials will be provided by AFCF)
If our organization develops other promotional materials (radio ads, print material, etc.) we agree to submit these materials to AFCF for approval prior to releasing them to the public.
Agree to timely update AFCF should a representative change, we will participate in the Stand To! Match Event sponsored by the Armed Forces Community Foundation on November 11, 2025.
